Warranty coverage generally does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, unauthorised modifications, incorrect assembly or installation, excessive loading, improper cleaning, neglect, normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, stains, moisture damage, impact damage, or failure to follow recommended care and maintenance instructions.

Normal changes in colour, texture, grain, or finish may occur over time depending on the material and environmental conditions. For wardrobes featuring natural wood, veneer, or other natural materials, variations in grain, texture, tone, and appearance are natural characteristics and may not be considered manufacturing defects.

Hardware components such as hinges, drawer runners, handles, sliding mechanisms, and other moving parts may be subject to normal wear through regular use. Warranty coverage for these components will be governed by the specific warranty terms applicable to the product.
