Standard products may be eligible for returns in accordance with our current Shipping & Returns policy and applicable product conditions. However, custom-made, bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order chairs may have different cancellation, return, or exchange conditions because they are manufactured specifically according to the customer's requirements.

Keep the chair away from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight where possible, as some fabrics, leathers, woods, and finishes may naturally fade or change tone over time.
Avoid placing the chair in areas exposed to excessive moisture, humidity, heat, or rapidly changing environmental conditions unless the selected material is specifically designed for such conditions.
Do not stand on the chair, climb on it, or use it in a manner for which it was not designed.
Avoid dragging the chair across the floor, particularly on delicate flooring. Lift it carefully when moving it.
Do not exceed the intended weight capacity of the chair.
Keep sharp objects, rough surfaces, pet claws, and other items that may scratch, cut, tear, or puncture upholstery away from the chair.

Our Custom / Bespoke Chairs are produced with attention to construction, materials, comfort, finish, and intended everyday use. Where applicable, warranty coverage is provided according to the specific warranty terms associated with the individual product and its components.

Eligible warranty coverage may apply to qualifying manufacturing defects, construction issues, or structural defects that occur during normal and intended use within the applicable warranty period. Warranty coverage and duration may vary depending on the chair design, materials, components, upholstery, construction method, and specific bespoke requirements.

Warranty coverage generally does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidents, impact, excessive loading, improper handling, incorrect assembly, unauthorised repairs or modifications, neglect, improper cleaning, unsuitable environmental conditions, or failure to follow recommended care instructions.

Normal wear and tear associated with everyday use may not be covered. This can include natural upholstery wear, minor changes in cushioning caused by regular use, fabric or leather ageing, surface scratches, stains, fading, marks, dents, or other cosmetic changes resulting from normal use or external factors.

For chairs made using natural timber, leather, stone, fabric, or other natural or variable materials, differences in colour, grain, texture, markings, tone, and surface character may occur. Such variations are inherent characteristics of the material and may not constitute manufacturing defects. Similarly, gradual changes caused by sunlight, humidity, environmental exposure, or normal ageing may fall outside warranty coverage.

For bespoke products, warranty conditions may vary according to the specific materials, construction, design, and custom specifications selected at the time of purchase.
