Standard products may be eligible for returns in accordance with our current Shipping & Returns policy and applicable product conditions. Avoid placing wooden chairs in areas exposed to excessive moisture, dampness, or significant fluctuations in temperature and humidity.
Do not stand on the chair, climb on it, or use it as a step unless it has specifically been designed for that purpose.
Do not exceed the intended weight capacity of the chair.
Lift the chair carefully when moving it rather than dragging it across the floor, which can place unnecessary stress on the legs and joints.
Periodically check screws, joints, legs, brackets, and other fittings and gently tighten them if required.
For upholstered wooden chairs, vacuum the fabric gently and attend to spills promptly by blotting rather than rubbing.
Keep sharp objects, rough surfaces, and other items that may scratch, cut, or damage the timber or upholstery away from the chair.
Use suitable floor protection where required to help prevent scratches or marks on flooring.

If your wooden dining chair or other wooden seating uses natural timber, variations in grain, knots, texture, colour, tone, and surface character are natural features of real wood. These variations can make each piece visually unique and are not necessarily considered imperfections.

Our Wooden Chairs are designed and manufactured with attention to structural integrity, materials, craftsmanship, comfort, and everyday functionality. Where applicable, warranty coverage is provided according to the specific warranty terms associated with the individual product and its components.

Eligible warranty coverage may apply to qualifying manufacturing defects, construction defects, or structural issues that occur during normal and intended use within the applicable warranty period. Warranty coverage and duration may vary depending on the specific chair design, wood type, finish, upholstery, hardware, construction, and product specifications.

Warranty coverage generally does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, accidents, impact, excessive loading, improper handling, incorrect assembly, unauthorised modifications or repairs, neglect, improper relocation, or failure to follow the recommended product-care instructions.

Normal wear and tear associated with everyday use may not be covered. This can include surface scratches, dents, stains, marks, fading, minor finish changes, upholstery wear, and other cosmetic changes resulting from regular use or external factors.

Because natural wood furniture is made from a naturally variable material, differences in grain pattern, knots, texture, colour, tone, and timber character are expected. Natural movement or gradual changes in timber caused by normal environmental conditions, humidity, temperature, sunlight, or ageing may also occur and may not be considered manufacturing defects.

For wooden chairs with upholstered seats or backs, gradual changes in fabric, leather, cushioning, colour, or texture caused by normal use may fall outside warranty coverage unless specifically covered under the applicable product warranty.

Custom or made-to-order wooden chairs may have warranty conditions that differ according to the materials, construction methods, finishes, and specifications selected.
