These characteristics are not necessarily considered imperfections.

Our Vanity Chairs are designed and manufactured with attention to construction, materials, comfort, finish, and everyday functionality. Where applicable, warranty coverage is provided according to the specific warranty terms associated with the individual product and its components.

Eligible warranty coverage may apply to qualifying manufacturing defects, construction defects, or structural issues that occur during normal and intended use within the applicable warranty period. Warranty coverage and duration may vary depending on the specific vanity chair design, materials, upholstery, hardware, construction method, and product specifications.

Warranty coverage generally does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, accidents, impact, excessive loading, improper handling, incorrect assembly, unauthorised alterations or repairs, neglect, improper relocation, unsuitable environmental conditions, or failure to follow recommended product-care instructions.

Normal wear and tear associated with everyday use may not be covered. This can include upholstery wear, minor cushioning changes, fabric or leather ageing, surface scratches, stains, dents, marks, fading, finish changes, and other cosmetic changes resulting from regular use or external factors.

For natural wood vanity chairs, variations in wood grain, knots, texture, colour, tone, and surface character are inherent characteristics of natural timber. Gradual changes resulting from sunlight, humidity, temperature fluctuations, and normal ageing may also occur and may not be considered manufacturing defects.

For upholstered vanity seating, gradual changes in fabric or leather texture, cushioning, colour, or appearance resulting from normal use may occur. Stains, cuts, tears, burns, accidental damage, pet damage, improper cleaning, or excessive wear may fall outside warranty coverage unless specifically covered under the applicable product warranty.

Damage caused by cosmetics, perfumes, oils, hair products, nail products, dyes, chemicals, or other personal-care products may also fall outside warranty coverage where such damage results from improper use or failure to follow the recommended care instructions.

Custom and made-to-order vanity chairs may have warranty conditions that vary according to the selected materials, construction, upholstery, finishes, dimensions, and bespoke specifications.
