Outdoor Benches

Our Outdoor Benches can be customised to suit your outdoor space, seating requirements, and overall décor. Whether you are furnishing a garden, patio, balcony, terrace, entrance area, poolside, resort, hotel, or commercial outdoor space, customisation options allow you to create an outdoor bench that complements your surroundings.

Depending on the selected Outdoor Bench design, available customisation options may include size, dimensions, upholstery, cushion fabric, colour, texture, frame finish, wood finish, metal finish, and other design details. You can select finishes that coordinate with your existing outdoor furniture and architectural style.

For residential and commercial projects, our team can also assist with furniture requirements where multiple Outdoor Benches are needed. Custom and made-to-order benches may have different production and delivery timelines compared with standard products.

If you require a specific size, material, colour, finish, seating capacity, or other custom specification, please contact our team before placing your order. Our furniture specialists can help you understand the available customisation options and select a suitable Outdoor Bench for your space.

Every Outdoor Bench is carefully prepared and securely packaged before dispatch to help ensure safe delivery. Orders are processed after confirmation, and delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, quantity, customisation requirements, manufacturing time, and the delivery location.

Outdoor Benches can be used in gardens, patios, balconies, terraces, entryways, parks, poolside areas, resorts, hotels, and other outdoor seating spaces. Before delivery, please ensure that the entrance, doorway, staircase, lift, passageway, and intended placement area provide sufficient access for the furniture.

Standard Outdoor Benches may be eligible for returns subject to Sofa Genie’s applicable return policy and the condition of the product. Customised, made-to-order, or specially manufactured benches may be subject to specific cancellation and return conditions.

If your Outdoor Bench arrives damaged or you notice an issue related to manufacturing or delivery, please contact our customer support team promptly with your order details and clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the concern and guide you through the applicable resolution.

Proper care and regular maintenance can help preserve the appearance, comfort, finish, and durability of your Outdoor Bench. Outdoor furniture is exposed to changing weather conditions, so appropriate care is particularly important for long-term performance.

* **Clean regularly:** Remove dust, leaves, dirt, and other outdoor debris using a soft cloth, brush, or cleaning method suitable for the bench material.
* **Clean spills promptly:** Wipe or blot food, drinks, and other spills as soon as possible to reduce the risk of staining or surface damage.
* **Use suitable cleaning products:** Choose cleaning products specifically recommended for the material and finish of your Outdoor Bench.
* **Avoid harsh chemicals:** Do not use bleach, abrasive cleaners, strong solvents, or unapproved chemicals that may damage upholstery, wood, metal, paint, or protective finishes.
* **Protect from prolonged weather exposure:** Although outdoor benches are designed for outdoor environments, continuous exposure to intense sunlight, heavy rain, humidity, and extreme weather can naturally affect certain materials over time.
* **Use a protective cover:** When the bench is not being used for an extended period, consider using a suitable breathable furniture cover to provide additional protection.
* **Keep cushions dry:** If your Outdoor Bench includes cushions or upholstered seating, avoid prolonged exposure to rain and moisture. Allow cushions to dry completely before storing or using them again.
* **Avoid excessive loads:** Do not stand or jump on the bench, and avoid placing weight beyond its intended seating capacity.
* **Check hardware regularly:** Periodically inspect legs, joints, screws, fittings, and other hardware. Tighten loose fittings when necessary.
* **Protect the placement area:** Where possible, position the bench on a stable and suitable surface that allows proper drainage and reduces prolonged contact with standing water.
* **Protect during extreme weather:** During heavy rain, storms, extreme heat, or other severe weather conditions, move the bench to a sheltered area whenever practical.

Care requirements can vary according to the material, upholstery, wood, metal, coating, and finish of the specific Outdoor Bench. Always follow the care instructions supplied with your product for the best results.

Our Outdoor Benches are designed with careful attention to construction, materials, comfort, durability, and finish. Where applicable, warranty coverage is provided according to the specific warranty terms associated with the product.

The applicable warranty may cover eligible manufacturing defects in specified components or construction when the Outdoor Bench is used under normal intended conditions and maintained according to the recommended product-care instructions.

Warranty coverage generally does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, unauthorised modifications, excessive loads, improper cleaning, neglect, normal wear and tear, stains, cuts, burns, scratches, or failure to follow recommended maintenance instructions.

For outdoor furniture, natural changes resulting from exposure to sunlight, rain, humidity, temperature fluctuations, dust, and other environmental conditions may occur over time. Such changes may include fading, surface ageing, or other weather-related deterioration and may not be considered manufacturing defects.

Warranty coverage may also differ for customised or made-to-order Outdoor Benches depending on the selected materials, dimensions, construction, finishes, and other custom specifications.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with your order details and clear photographs or videos showing the issue. Our team will review the concern and provide guidance according to the applicable warranty terms.

Please review the warranty information applicable to your specific Outdoor Bench before purchase, as warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, and applicable conditions may vary depending on the product and its components.
