Sofa Cum Beds

Our Sofa Cum Beds can be customised to suit your available space, interior style, seating requirements and sleeping needs. Depending on the selected design, customisation options may include overall dimensions, sofa and bed configuration, upholstery material, fabric or leather, colour, texture, cushioning, seat firmness, backrest design, armrest style, stitching, piping and base or leg finishes.

For compact homes and multifunctional interiors, you can select upholstery colours and finishes that complement your existing furniture, flooring, curtains, rugs and décor. Sofa cum beds are particularly suitable for living rooms, guest rooms, studio apartments, bedrooms, home offices and other spaces where flexible furniture is useful.

Depending on the model, different sofa-to-bed conversion configurations may be available. These can include pull-out, fold-down or other convertible mechanisms designed to transform the sofa into a sleeping surface. Mattress or sleeping-surface specifications, cushion configurations and storage features may also vary between designs.

For larger rooms, you may also explore different sofa dimensions and seating configurations to achieve the right balance between daytime seating and overnight sleeping space. Custom upholstery and detailing can help create a sofa cum bed that works seamlessly with your overall interior design.

If you require a customised or made-to-order Sofa Cum Bed, contact our team before placing your order to confirm available dimensions, materials, upholstery options, conversion mechanism, sleeping configuration and pricing. Custom furniture may require additional production time and may be subject to specific cancellation, return, exchange and warranty conditions.

Every Sofa Cum Bed is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch to help protect its upholstery, frame, conversion mechanism and other components during transportation. Shipping and delivery arrangements may vary depending on product availability, selected materials, configuration, customisation requirements, manufacturing time, order quantity and delivery location.

Before ordering, carefully measure both the intended placement area and the complete delivery route. Check entrance doors, internal doors, hallways, staircases, lifts, corridors and other access points to make sure the furniture can be delivered safely into your property.

Because a sofa cum bed changes configuration when converted into a bed, it is important to consider the space required in both positions. Before finalising the placement, ensure there is sufficient clearance in front of and around the sofa for the sleeping surface or conversion mechanism to open fully without hitting walls, tables, cabinets or other furniture.

For larger or customised sofa cum beds, confirm the complete delivery route and available room clearance before placing your order. This is particularly important for compact rooms where the furniture will be used frequently as both a sofa and a bed.

Eligible standard products may be returned in accordance with the current Shipping & Returns policy and applicable product conditions. Custom, personalised or made-to-order Sofa Cum Beds may have different cancellation, return and exchange conditions.

If your sofa cum bed arrives with visible transit damage or you identify a manufacturing issue, contact our support team promptly with your order details and clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging. Our team can assess the issue and guide you through the applicable resolution process.

Regular care can help maintain the appearance, comfort and functionality of your Sofa Cum Bed. Dust and vacuum the upholstery regularly using a soft cloth or suitable upholstery attachment. Pay particular attention to seams, folds, joints and areas around the conversion mechanism where dust and debris can accumulate.

For fabric sofa cum beds, attend to spills promptly by gently blotting the affected area with a clean, absorbent cloth. Avoid vigorous rubbing, as this can spread stains or affect the upholstery fibres. For leather upholstery, use only suitable leather-care products recommended for the specific type of leather.

Avoid bleach, abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, strong solvents and unsuitable household cleaning products. Always follow the care instructions applicable to the specific upholstery material and test any appropriate cleaning product on an inconspicuous area before use.

Keep your sofa cum bed away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive moisture and direct heat sources wherever possible. These factors can contribute to fading, drying, discolouration or changes in the appearance of upholstery and finishes.

Sofa-to-Bed Mechanism Care

Use the conversion mechanism smoothly and only as intended. Do not force, drag or suddenly drop the sofa components when converting between sofa and bed positions. If the mechanism does not operate normally, avoid applying excessive pressure and have the issue checked rather than attempting an unauthorised repair.

Keep hands, feet, children, pets and loose objects away from moving components while the sofa is being converted. Ensure the area around the furniture is clear before opening or closing the sleeping mechanism.

Do not stand, jump or place excessive concentrated weight on the backrest, armrests, folding sections or other components that are not designed to support such loads. Use the sleeping surface according to its intended capacity and configuration.

When moving the sofa cum bed, lift it appropriately rather than dragging it across the floor. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on the conversion mechanism, legs, frame or joints.

Periodically check accessible legs, fittings, connectors and hardware and ensure they remain secure. For products with removable or repositionable cushions, regularly adjust and fluff the cushions to help maintain their shape and comfort.

For sofa cum beds with storage compartments, keep stored items within the recommended capacity and avoid placing sharp, wet or excessively heavy objects inside the storage area.

Proper use and regular maintenance can help extend the life of your sofa cum bed while preserving its comfort, appearance and conversion functionality.

Our Sofa Cum Beds are designed with attention to structural strength, seating comfort, sleeping functionality, upholstery quality and reliable everyday use. Where applicable, warranty coverage is provided according to the specific warranty terms associated with the individual product and its components.

Depending on the selected product and applicable warranty terms, eligible coverage may include qualifying manufacturing defects, construction defects, structural issues or faults affecting covered conversion mechanisms and components. Warranty coverage can vary according to the sofa cum bed model, upholstery material, frame, mechanism and whether the product is standard, customised or made to order.

Warranty coverage generally does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, accidents, impact, excessive loading, improper handling, incorrect assembly, unauthorised modifications or repairs, neglect, improper relocation or failure to follow recommended product-care instructions.

For convertible furniture, damage resulting from forcing the sofa-to-bed mechanism, obstructing moving components, incorrect conversion, excessive weight or using components for purposes for which they were not designed may not be covered under the applicable warranty terms.

Normal wear and tear may also fall outside warranty coverage. This can include upholstery wear, cushion compression, minor scratches, stains, fading, marks and changes in finish resulting from everyday use. Natural leather and timber components may display variations in grain, texture, colour and character that are inherent to the material and are not necessarily considered defects.

Environmental exposure, prolonged direct sunlight, excessive moisture or unsuitable storage conditions can also contribute to fading, discolouration or material changes and may not be covered unless specifically included in the applicable warranty.

For customised or bespoke Sofa Cum Beds, warranty conditions may vary according to the selected dimensions, upholstery, construction, conversion mechanism and intended use. Any specialised mechanical or electrical components, where applicable, may also have specific warranty conditions.

If you need to make a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order details and clear photographs or videos showing the reported issue. The product and fault can then be assessed against the applicable product warranty terms.

We recommend reviewing the warranty information applicable to your specific Sofa Cum Bed before purchase so you understand the relevant coverage, exclusions, care requirements and conditions.
