Where applicable, warranty coverage is provided according to the specific warranty terms associated with the individual bed frame and its components.

Warranty coverage may apply to eligible manufacturing defects or structural issues that occur under normal intended use during the applicable warranty period. The exact warranty duration, coverage, and components included can vary depending on the specific bed frame, materials, construction, and warranty terms provided with the product.

Warranty coverage generally does not apply to damage or issues resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling, excessive loading, impact, unauthorised modifications, incorrect assembly, neglect, improper cleaning, or failure to follow recommended care and installation instructions.

Damage caused by jumping on the bed, excessive weight, improper movement, incorrect installation, forced storage mechanisms, or using the bed frame for purposes other than its intended use may fall outside warranty coverage.

Normal wear and tear, minor scratches, stains, fabric ageing, accidental damage, moisture damage, colour fading caused by prolonged environmental exposure, and damage resulting from unsuitable room conditions may also fall outside warranty coverage.

For upholstered bed frames, normal changes associated with everyday use, including minor fabric wear or gradual changes in cushioning, may not be considered manufacturing defects. Fabric texture and appearance can also vary depending on the selected material.

For natural wood or wood-based bed frames, variations in wood grain, texture, colour, tone, knots, and natural markings are inherent characteristics and may not be considered manufacturing defects.
