Bedroom Benches

Our Bedroom Benches can be customised to complement your bedroom décor, available space, comfort preferences, and functional requirements. Whether you are looking for a stylish bed-end bench, upholstered bedroom bench, accent seating, or a practical bench for a dressing area, customisation options allow you to create furniture that suits your space.

Depending on the selected Bedroom Bench design, available customisation options may include overall dimensions, seat height, upholstery fabric, colour, texture, cushioning, stitching details, frame design, wood finish, metal finish, and other decorative elements. You can choose finishes that coordinate with your bed, wardrobe, dressing table, side tables, and other bedroom furniture.

For compact bedrooms, customised dimensions can help make efficient use of available floor space while maintaining comfortable seating. Larger bedrooms can benefit from wider benches designed to provide additional seating at the foot of the bed or in a dedicated dressing or relaxation area.

Custom or made-to-order Bedroom Benches may require additional production time and may be subject to specific order conditions. If you require a particular size, fabric, colour, finish, cushion style, storage configuration, or other custom specification, please contact our team before placing your order.

We carefully inspect, prepare, and securely package every Bedroom Bench before dispatch to help ensure safe transportation and delivery. Orders are processed after confirmation, and delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, quantity, customisation requirements, manufacturing time, and the delivery location.

Before placing your order, please measure the intended location and check your doorway, staircase, lift, corridor, and other access points to ensure the Bedroom Bench can be delivered and positioned safely. This is particularly important for larger upholstered or solid-wood bedroom benches.

Standard Bedroom Benches may be eligible for returns subject to Sofa Genie’s applicable return policy and the condition of the product. Customised, made-to-order, or specially manufactured benches may be subject to specific cancellation and return conditions.

If your Bedroom Bench arrives damaged or you identify a manufacturing or delivery-related issue, please contact our customer support team promptly with your order details and clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the concern and guide you through the applicable resolution.

For complete information regarding delivery timelines, return eligibility, cancellations, refunds, delivery charges, and customised furniture, please review our current Shipping & Returns policy before placing your order.

Regular care and proper maintenance can help preserve the appearance, comfort, upholstery, structure, and finish of your Bedroom Bench. Following a simple cleaning routine can help keep your bedroom seating looking fresh and comfortable for longer.

* **Dust regularly:** Remove dust and everyday debris using a soft, dry microfiber cloth or a suitable upholstery brush.
* **Vacuum upholstery:** For upholstered bedroom benches, gently vacuum the fabric using an appropriate upholstery attachment to remove dust and particles.
* **Clean spills promptly:** Blot liquid spills immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth. Avoid rubbing the affected area, as this may spread the stain or damage the fabric.
* **Use suitable cleaning products:** Always use a cleaning product recommended for the specific upholstery, wood, metal, or other material used on your bench.
* **Avoid harsh chemicals:** Do not use bleach, abrasive cleaners, strong solvents, or unapproved cleaning solutions that may damage the upholstery or furniture finish.
* **Protect from direct sunlight:** Prolonged exposure to strong sunlight may cause certain fabrics, colours, wood finishes, and other materials to fade over time. Position the bench away from intense direct sunlight where possible.
* **Avoid excessive moisture:** Do not soak upholstered areas or allow water to penetrate deeply into cushions, padding, wood, or the internal structure.
* **Protect the upholstery:** Avoid placing sharp, rough, wet, or heavily soiled objects directly on the bench.
* **Use the bench appropriately:** Bedroom Benches are designed for seating and should not be used as a standing platform, step, or surface for excessive loads.
* **Check fittings periodically:** Inspect legs, joints, screws, bolts, and other hardware periodically and tighten loose fittings when necessary.
* **Maintain cushion shape:** If the bench has loose or removable cushions, gently adjust and reposition them regularly to help maintain their shape and comfort.
* **Allow adequate ventilation:** Avoid placing the bench in persistently damp areas, as excessive moisture can affect upholstery and wooden or other structural components.

Care requirements may vary depending on the specific upholstery, fabric, wood, metal, finish, and construction of your Bedroom Bench. Always follow the product-specific care instructions supplied with your furniture.

Our Bedroom Benches are designed with attention to construction, comfort, materials, upholstery, durability, and finish. Where applicable, warranty coverage is provided according to the specific warranty terms associated with the individual product and its components.

The applicable warranty may cover eligible manufacturing defects in specified components or construction when the Bedroom Bench is used for its intended purpose and maintained according to the recommended product-care instructions.

Warranty coverage generally does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, unauthorised modifications, excessive loads, improper cleaning, neglect, normal wear and tear, stains, cuts, burns, scratches, impact damage, moisture damage, or failure to follow recommended care and maintenance instructions.

For upholstered Bedroom Benches, normal changes in fabric texture, colour, compression, or appearance resulting from regular use may occur over time and may not be considered manufacturing defects. Spills, stains, pet damage, accidental tears, burns, and damage caused by improper cleaning are generally not covered.

For Bedroom Benches featuring natural wood or other natural materials, variations in grain, texture, colour, and appearance may occur naturally and may not be considered defects.

For customised or made-to-order Bedroom Benches, warranty conditions may vary depending on the selected materials, dimensions, upholstery, cushioning, frame construction, finishes, storage features, and other custom specifications.
