Depending on the design, options may be available for single, double, queen, king, or other mattress sizes, allowing you to select a bed that fits comfortably within your available space.

For upholstered beds, you may be able to choose from different fabrics, colours, textures, cushioning, stitching, panel designs, and upholstery finishes, depending on the selected model. Wooden beds may offer different wood tones, finishes, surface treatments, and design details to complement modern, contemporary, minimalist, classic, or luxury bedroom interiors.

Depending on the design, certain beds may also offer practical storage solutions such as under-bed drawers, lift-up storage, hydraulic storage, or integrated compartments. These options can provide additional space for bedding, blankets, clothing, cushions, and other bedroom essentials.

Every Bed is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch to help protect the furniture during transportation. Orders are processed after confirmation, and delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, customisation requirements, manufacturing time, and delivery location.

Before placing your order, carefully check the bed dimensions, mattress compatibility, room measurements, and available floor space. We also recommend measuring doorways, corridors, staircases, lifts, entrances, and other access points to make sure the bed can be delivered safely and positioned correctly in your bedroom.

Standard beds may be eligible for returns or exchanges according to Sofa Genie’s current Shipping & Returns policy. However, customised, made-to-order, upholstered-to-order, or specially manufactured beds may be subject to specific cancellation, return, or exchange conditions.

Protect the upholstery: Keep sharp objects, jewellery, rough accessories, and other items that could cut, snag, or damage the fabric away from upholstered surfaces.
Avoid excessive weight: Use the bed according to its intended purpose and recommended capacity. Do not place unusually heavy objects on the bed or exceed its appropriate load.
Avoid jumping on the bed: Excessive impact can place unnecessary stress on the frame, joints, legs, slats, and support structure.
Check hardware regularly: Periodically inspect screws, bolts, brackets, joints, legs, and other fittings and carefully tighten them if required.
Check mattress support: Make sure slats, platforms, support rails, or other mattress-support components remain correctly positioned and secure.
Care for storage mechanisms: If your bed includes drawers, hydraulic storage, or lift-up mechanisms, operate them smoothly and avoid forcing them beyond their intended movement.
Maintain a level position: Place the bed on a stable and reasonably level surface to help maintain alignment and reduce unnecessary stress on the frame.
Protect from direct sunlight: Extended exposure to strong sunlight may cause some fabrics, colours, wood finishes, and other materials to fade or change appearance.
Move carefully: If the bed needs to be relocated, disassemble it where appropriate and carefully lift the components rather than dragging the assembled bed.

Sofa Genie Beds are designed with attention to construction quality, structural strength, materials, finish, stability, comfort, and everyday usability. Where applicable, warranty coverage is provided according to the specific warranty terms associated with the individual bed and its components.

Warranty coverage may apply to eligible manufacturing defects or structural issues that occur under normal intended use during the applicable warranty period. The exact warranty duration, coverage, and components included can vary depending on the specific bed, materials, construction, and warranty terms provided with the product.

Warranty coverage generally does not apply to damage or issues resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling, excessive loading, impact, unauthorised modifications, incorrect assembly, neglect, improper cleaning, or failure to follow recommended care and installation instructions.

Damage caused by jumping on the bed, exceeding recommended weight limits, improper movement, incorrect installation, forcing storage mechanisms, or using the bed for purposes other than its intended function may fall outside warranty coverage.

Normal wear and tear, minor scratches, stains, fabric ageing, accidental damage, moisture damage, colour fading caused by prolonged environmental exposure, and damage resulting from unsuitable room conditions may also fall outside warranty coverage.

For upholstered beds, normal changes associated with everyday use, including minor fabric wear or gradual changes in cushioning, may not be considered manufacturing defects. Variations in fabric texture and appearance may also occur depending on the selected material.

For beds made with natural wood or wood-based materials, variations in wood grain, texture, colour, tone, knots, and natural markings are inherent characteristics and may not be considered manufacturing defects.
