Normal wear and tear associated with everyday use may not be covered. This can include fabric or leather wear, minor cushioning changes, surface scratches, stains, dents, marks, fading, finish changes, and other cosmetic changes resulting from regular use or external factors.

Damage caused by standing on the lounge chair, excessive loading, misuse of armrests or backrests, improper handling, sharp objects, pets, or other activities outside the intended use may fall outside warranty coverage.

For natural timber lounge chairs, variations in wood grain, knots, texture, colour, tone, and surface character are inherent characteristics of natural wood. Natural movement and gradual changes caused by humidity, temperature, sunlight, and normal ageing may also occur and may not be considered manufacturing defects.

For leather or upholstered lounge chairs, natural variations in texture, grain, colour, and appearance may occur. Normal ageing, fading, staining, scratches, cuts, tears, burns, pet damage, improper cleaning, or excessive wear may fall outside warranty coverage unless specifically included in the applicable product warranty.
