Patio Chairs

Our Patio Chairs can be customised to suit your outdoor space, seating requirements, personal style, and overall exterior décor. Depending on the selected design, customisation options may include chair dimensions, seat height, seat depth, backrest style, armrest design, materials, upholstery, fabric, colour, texture, cushioning, frame finish, leg style, and other design details.

Whether you are furnishing a home patio, balcony, terrace, garden, outdoor lounge, poolside area, café, restaurant, resort, hotel, or other hospitality space, customised patio chairs can be selected to complement your existing outdoor furniture and surroundings. Different materials and finishes can help create a coordinated look across your outdoor seating arrangement.

For upholstered or cushioned outdoor patio chairs, available options may include different outdoor-suitable fabrics, colours, textures, cushioning levels, piping, stitching, and finishing details. Depending on the design, additional choices may be available for timber, metal, synthetic, or other outdoor furniture materials.

Custom dimensions can be particularly useful for outdoor dining areas, compact balconies, large patios, commercial projects, or spaces with specific layout requirements. If you require custom patio chairs for a particular outdoor project, our team can discuss the available specifications and customisation possibilities for the selected design.

Custom or made-to-order patio chairs may require additional production time and may be subject to specific pricing, cancellation, return, or exchange conditions. Please contact our team before placing a customised order so that all dimensions, materials, colours, finishes, upholstery, and other specifications can be confirmed.

Every patio chair is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch to help protect the frame, finish, upholstery, cushions, legs, joints, and other components during transportation. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, selected materials, manufacturing requirements, customisation, and delivery location.

Before placing your order, please check the dimensions of the patio chairs and measure the intended outdoor area to ensure adequate space for comfortable seating and movement. We also recommend checking access points such as gates, doorways, corridors, staircases, lifts, balconies, entrances, and other delivery routes to ensure the furniture can be safely delivered and positioned.

Standard products may be eligible for returns in accordance with our current Shipping & Returns policy and applicable product conditions. Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order patio chairs may have different cancellation, return, or exchange conditions because they are manufactured according to individual customer specifications.

If your patio chair arrives with visible transit damage or you identify a potential manufacturing issue, please contact our customer support team promptly with your order details and clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging. This allows the issue to be assessed and the appropriate resolution to be determined.

Please review the applicable Shipping & Returns terms before purchasing, particularly when ordering custom outdoor patio chairs with bespoke dimensions, materials, colours, finishes, upholstery, or other personalised specifications.

Regular care is important for maintaining the appearance, finish, comfort, and durability of your patio chairs. Outdoor furniture is exposed to changing environmental conditions, so following suitable care practices can help extend its usable life.

Clean your patio chairs regularly to remove dust, dirt, pollen, leaves, and other outdoor debris.
Wipe surfaces using a soft cloth or sponge and a mild cleaning solution suitable for the specific furniture material.
Remove spills, food, beverages, sunscreen, oils, and other substances promptly to reduce the risk of staining or surface damage.
Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, abrasive cleaners, strong solvents, and rough cleaning pads unless specifically recommended for the material.
Do not allow standing water or excessive moisture to remain on the chair for prolonged periods.
Allow wet cushions, upholstery, and furniture surfaces to dry completely before covering or storing them.
Use suitable outdoor furniture covers when the chairs are not in regular use, particularly during periods of heavy rain or harsh weather.
Where possible, position patio chairs in a sheltered area to reduce prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heavy rain, strong winds, and extreme weather conditions.
Prolonged exposure to sunlight may naturally cause some outdoor fabrics, timber, finishes, and other materials to fade or change colour over time.
For timber patio chairs, follow the recommended care and maintenance instructions for the particular wood and finish.
For metal patio chairs, regularly inspect the frame and finish for signs of corrosion, particularly in humid, coastal, or highly exposed environments.
For upholstered or cushioned patio chairs, gently brush or vacuum the fabric as appropriate and clean spills promptly according to the fabric manufacturer's recommendations.
Do not use indoor upholstery or cleaning products on outdoor fabrics unless they are confirmed to be suitable.
Do not stand on the chair, climb on it, or use it for purposes for which it was not designed.
Do not exceed the intended weight capacity of the patio chair.
Avoid dragging chairs across rough outdoor surfaces, as this can damage legs, joints, flooring, or the chair frame.
Lift the chairs carefully when moving them.
Periodically inspect screws, joints, legs, brackets, and other fittings and gently tighten them if required.
During severe weather or prolonged periods of non-use, store cushions and other removable components in a clean, dry location where appropriate.
Follow the specific material and care instructions supplied with your product.

Outdoor furniture naturally experiences changes due to exposure to sunlight, humidity, temperature fluctuations, moisture, dust, and other environmental conditions. Minor changes in colour, texture, finish, or surface appearance may occur over time and are not necessarily considered product defects.

Our Patio Chairs are designed with attention to construction, materials, outdoor functionality, comfort, and finish. Where applicable, warranty coverage is provided according to the specific warranty terms associated with the individual product and its components.

Eligible warranty coverage may apply to qualifying manufacturing defects, construction defects, or structural issues that occur during normal and intended use within the applicable warranty period. Warranty coverage and duration may vary depending on the patio chair design, materials, frame construction, upholstery, hardware, finish, and product specifications.

Warranty coverage generally does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidents, impact, excessive loading, improper handling, incorrect assembly, unauthorised modifications or repairs, neglect, improper storage, improper relocation, or failure to follow the recommended product-care instructions.

Normal wear and tear associated with everyday outdoor use may not be covered. This can include surface scratches, minor marks, stains, fading, fabric wear, cushion changes, finish changes, and other cosmetic changes that occur through regular use or environmental exposure.

Because patio furniture is designed for outdoor environments, exposure to sunlight, rain, humidity, dust, temperature changes, wind, salt air, and other environmental conditions can naturally affect materials and finishes over time. Weather-related fading, surface ageing, discolouration, oxidation, corrosion, or other environmental changes may not be considered manufacturing defects unless specifically covered under the applicable product warranty.

For natural timber patio chairs, variations in wood grain, knots, texture, colour, and tone are inherent characteristics of natural wood. Natural movement and changes caused by outdoor environmental conditions may also occur and may not be considered defects.

For upholstered or cushioned patio chairs, normal fabric ageing, gradual fading, staining, mildew resulting from improper storage or prolonged moisture exposure, accidental damage, cuts, tears, burns, or excessive wear may fall outside warranty coverage unless specifically included in the applicable warranty terms.

Custom and made-to-order patio chairs may have warranty conditions that vary according to the selected materials, construction, finishes, dimensions, upholstery, and bespoke specifications.

If you believe your patio chair has developed a manufacturing or structural issue that may be covered by the applicable warranty, please contact our customer support team with your order details and clear photographs or videos showing the issue. Our team will assess the concern against the relevant product-specific warranty terms and advise you on the appropriate next steps.

We recommend reviewing the warranty information applicable to your selected product before purchase, particularly when ordering custom patio chairs, outdoor dining chairs, upholstered patio chairs, or bespoke outdoor furniture.
